Order problems
If your order did not arrive, arrived wrong, or arrived in poor condition, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with your order number and a photo where possible. What happens next is set out in our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

We will never ask for your UPI PIN, card CVV, an OTP, or any password, on WhatsApp or anywhere else. Nobody from Swavio has a reason to. If someone asks you for these claiming to be us, do not share them, and report it to saurabh@swavio.in.
